Daniel has more than a decade of civil litigation and subrogation recovery experience and has successfully negotiated hundreds of settlements on behalf of his clients. Daniel has appeared before numerous levels of the Ontario Courts, including Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal. He has also successfully recovered funds, and obtained punitive damages, for his client at trial.
Daniel was called to the Ontario bar in 2007. He earned his Bachelor of Laws from Queens University, and his Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of the Guelph, where he majored in philosophy and sociology.
