Anne L. Cook is a Member of the firm and serves as the Office Managing Partner for the Dallas office where she concentrates her practice in insurance litigation. Anne has 14 years of experience evaluating and pursuing subrogation recoveries for insurance carriers. She also has extensive experience handling cargo claims and construction defect cases. She has tried cases in Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Louisiana.
Anne is a member of the American Bar Association and also volunteers with the North Texas Legal Aid Society, an organization that provides legal assistance to individuals who cannot otherwise afford these services. Anne is the former head of the Pro Bono Committee for the Dallas office.
Anne earned her bachelor of arts degree in three years from the University of Texas at Austin in 1991, and her law degree at the Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1995, where she served as articles editor on the SMU Law Review. She was admitted to practice in Texas in 1995.
