Joshua R. Goodman joined the firm's Charlotte, North Carolina office in July 2001. Josh concentrates his practice in subrogation and recovery, and handles litigation involving construction defects, product defects, and transportation losses.
While working out of the Charlotte office, Josh has litigated and tried matters throughout the country. Additionally, Josh is a frequent lecturer on subrogation issues, making presentations on a number of topics to various companies and groups throughout the United States.
Josh received his bachelor of arts degree with honors from the Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina, in 1994. He received his law degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 1998.
Josh is admitted to practice law in Florida, North Carolina, and Tennessee. He is also a member of the Florida Bar Association, North Carolina Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, and Mecklenburg County Bar Association.
