Abby L. Sacunas joined the Philadelphia office in September 2005 as an associate in the commercial litigation department. Abby focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes and multi-district litigation, successfully representing a broad spectrum of clients in the life safety, pharmeceutical, medical device, entertainment, telecommunications and sports management industries in all manner of breach of contract actions, antitrust litigation and products liability matters.
Abby earned her law degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 2005, magna cum laude, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif, was a member of the Syracuse Law Review and earned a Corporate Counsel Certificate from the Center for Law and Business Enterprise. She earned her undergraduate degree from Syracuse University, cum laude. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and in New Jersey.
Abby is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Bar Association and an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Women in the Profession Committee. She is also a member of the Board of The Settlement Music School, a renowned community organization dedicated to providing children and adults with the highest quality individual and group instruction and activity in music, dance and the related arts.
