David H. Fisk joined Cozen O’Connor’s Dallas office in September 2005 as an Associate in the Subrogation & Recovery Department. Prior to joining the firm, he participated in the firm's summer associate program in 2004. David concentrates his practice in subrogation and recovery matters.
David recently had an article published in the Spring 2006 edition of The Construction Lawyer, a publication of the American Bar Association's forum on the construction industry.
He earned his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law (J.D., 2005), where he received a Dean's Scholarship Award and an Endowed Scholarship Award for academic excellence, and his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin (B.A., 2002). He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2005.
