The Colorado Claims Association will be hosting their annual seminar once again. There will be a variety of topics offered from many speakers. David Brisco will be presenting on the topic of Social Media Claims. David's presentation is designed to demonstrate to the participants how to use various social media sites to gather information, video, pictures, and evidence as to the cause of a loss. The presentation will also demonstrate the value of social media sites in gathering additional information on witnesses to a loss. In addition to gathering this valuable information, the presentation will discuss how to save this information for future use in litigation as well as the admissibility of social media evidence gathered.
