The Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association will be holding their 71st Annual Conference & Trade Show August 25-28 at The Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel in State College, PA. The event is a gathering to allow authority board members, managers, engineers and consultants to gain educational information in each specific area. Mark Vacha, of the Public and Project Finance Practice Group, will be giving a presentation titled, "Anatomy of Bond Financing." The presentation will focus on the sequential steps involved in a bond insurance, such as authorization, diligence, marketing, pricing, closing, and post-issurance compliance.
