Dave Walton (West Conshohocken) and Michael Schmidt (New York) of the firm's Labor & Employment Group are presenting at ALI's CLE program, “E-Discovery and ESI for Employment Lawyers.” The program is designed to give employment attorneys the E-discovery and ESI knowledge necessary to actively help their clients on technical issues in the workplace. Dave is serving as the Planning Chair of the event and will be delivering a presentation on eSpoliation. Michael will be delivering a presentation on effectively dealing with social media in the workplace.
