Michael Schmidt, vice chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Labor & Employment Department, will be speaking at the National Employment Lawyers Association’s Fall 2013 Conference on Representing Employees at the Yale Club of New York on Friday, October 11. Michael will be speaking on the issues addressing certification in wage and hour cases.
