Thomas Wilkinson, a member of Cozen O'Connor's Commercial Litigation Department, will be presenting "News and Updates on Hot Ethics Issues" at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute Solo & Small Firm Conference. The presentation will cover current ethics issues including social media, privilege and discovery of expert witnesses, confidentiality, pending Disciplinary Rule changes, and dealing with clients with a disability.
