The American Bar Association Forum on Entertainment & Sports Industries, Forum on Construction Industry and the ABA Center for Professional Development present a webinar titled Museums: Culture and Construction. Ken Fisher, a member of Cozen O'Connor Public Strategies, will discuss the intersection of museum development and land use law; explore the regulations and policies that impact museum construction and expansion; and review zoning incentives and restrictions, historic preservation, community benefit agreements, and arts district.
