Jeffrey Pasek and Debra Friedman, members of Cozen O'Connor's Labor & Employment Department, will be on a panel discussing ''Navigating the Whistleblower Process: Agency Procedures and Case Law Developments in Whistleblower Laws Administered by OSHA.'' They will be speaking on the expedited investigation and preliminary reinstatement procedures under OSHA’s 11(c) regulations covering more than 20 federal statutes protecting employees ranging from consumer product, health insurance and financial reform, to transportation, food safety, and securities laws. Joining Jeff and Debra on the panel will be attorney Harold Goodman and Oscar Hampton, the Regional Solicitor of the U.S. Department of Labor.
