Jennifer will touch upon a range of topics to educate Vocational Experts on how to maximize their value to attorneys: Daubert and Frye standards in various jurisdictions and how one’s methodology must be able to meet these standards; discussion of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as it relates to attorney-expert communications; and the three exceptions to bans on discovery.
