David Heffernan of the Transportation & Logistics Practice Group and co-chair of the Aviation Industry Team will be presenting on a panel at the Forum on Air & Space Law Update Conference 2015 on Aviation Regulation. The Update Conference will present experienced and informed panels and distinguished speakers, who put current issues into perspective and offer their visions for the future. David’s session is titled “Aviation Regulation: Too Little, Too Much or Just Right?” and he will be joined by leading industry professionals who will examine the actual and potential impacts on industry and consumers of current and proposed FAA and DOT regulations, and TSA security programs.
