Thomas Wilkinson, a member of Cozen O’Connor’s Commercial Litigation Department, will participate on a CLE panel titled “Battles as Adversaries, Not Enemies.” The ethics CLE will review a recent survey on civility and professionalism in which over 1,500 attorneys participated, and offer advice on how to handle such situations. The panel will also discuss why civility and professionalism are integral to the successful practice of law and who should be responsible for correcting uncivil and unprofessional behaviors.
