PHILADELPHIA, June 10, 2011 – Jennifer Brandt, a practicing member in Cozen O’Connor’s Philadelphia office, was recently a guest on both the Fox News Network and CNN. Last week, Brandt was a guest on Fox News Network’s Studio B, commenting on the Casey Anthony trial. Specifically, she discussed the jailhouse tapes used by the prosecution during which Casey Anthony, contrary to statements made by the defense, did not mention anything about her child allegedly drowning in the pool. Brandt also discussed Anthony's demeanor and attitude during these jailhouse interviews; Anthony seemed more focused on herself than on her child who was allegedly "missing" at the time.

Earlier this week, Brandt appeared on CNN’s Newsroom to discuss the scandal surrounding Congressman Anthony Weiner (D-N.Y.). Brandt remarked that this incident was considered cheating, given that he betrayed his wife's trust, and stated that this type of behavior equally offends men and women, oftentimes causing a breakdown in a marriage. She also discussed the pervasiveness of social media in divorce cases.
