Jonathan Grossman of the DC office was quoted in Reuters about potential antitrust problems faced in the event of the merger between NYSE Euronext and Nasdaq OMX. In addressing a comment which stated that any bid for the merger would face "insurmountable antitrust problems, " Grossman responded: "'Insurmountable' is probably an overstatement. But there is substantial antitrust risk."
