Mark Gallant and Iden Martyn were featured in Bloomberg BNA's Health Care Daily Report article entitled "Medicare: Court Finds Notice of Deadline Inadequate, Orders Payment of Medical Education Claims." The article was written in regards to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania v. Sebelius case involving Part A and C Medicare claims. Gallant and Martyn represented the three Pennsylvania hospitals involved.
