Jennifer Brandt, a member of the firm’s Family Law Department, was on the O’Reilly Factor last night on the Fox News Network.  Jennifer discussed what, if any, legal recourse customers have against FedEx and UPS for delivery delays. Also discussed was Jahi McMath, the 13 year old California girl who was declared brain dead by doctors after she suffered complications from a tonsillectomy surgery on Dec. 9 and whose parents are fighting to keep her on life support.
