Judd A. Serotta Joins Cozen O’Connor’s Private Client Service Team in Philadelphia

Philadelphia, May 5, 2014 – Judd A. Serotta recently joined Cozen O’Connor’s Philadelphia Office, as a member of the Private Client Services Practice Area. Previously focusing his practice in commercial litigation, Serotta worked at Blank Rome, LLP, for more than 10 years, and left to join Cozen O’Connor in May of 2014. He has experience in fraud and other business torts and contracts, and has worked in such industries as apparel, defense, insurance, manufacturing, internet services, investment, pharmaceutical and more.

Cozen O’Connor’s Private Client Services Practice Area handles all facets of the financial goals of high net worth individuals and families, nationally and internationally, advising on such crucial matters as asset protection, business, tax and investment strategies, trusts, estate disputes and philanthropic giving.

Serotta has also authored several articles on various legal issues in The Wall Street Journal, The Philadelphia Inquirer, Executive Counsel, the Legal Times and The Legal Intelligencer. He has been in quoted The New York Times, National Law Journal, the [Philadelphia] Bulletin and LawyersUSA and was also a guest commentator on legal issues on “It's Your Call—With Lynn Doyle,” a current affairs program on Comcast’s cable network.                                                    

Having previously gained significant experience in alternative dispute resolution, litigation avoidance and counseling, Serotta also serves as a certified arbitrator in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas’ compulsory arbitration program, where he has adjudicated a wide assortment of matters.

Serotta received his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he wrote for the Harvard Law Record. He received his B.A. from Dartmouth summa cum laude
