Jennifer Brandt, a member of the firm’s Family Law Practice, was a guest on Fox 29 News to discuss the trend of stay-at-home moms getting paid a bonus by their husbands. According to an opinion piece in The New York Times, the “wife bonus” could be included in a pre- or post-nuptial agreement and is usually based on how much money her husband made and how well she does with household duties.
