Jennifer Brandt, a member of Cozen O'Connor's Family Law Practice Group, was a guest on Good Day Philadelphia to discuss the two brothers in Oklahoma who were hospitalized with severe sunburns after a day care trip to a water park. Jennifer discussed the potential liability of the daycare center in light of the allegations about the children being left at the water park for the day without sunscreen and whether daycare facilities are responsible for assuring that children wear sunscreen when they have outside activities.
