New York, May 11, 2015 — QBE North America (QBE), Cozen O'Connor and its subsidiary, National Subrogation Services (NSS) are pleased to announce that, effective April 1, QBE entered into a contract with Cozen O’Connor and NSS to outsource the subrogation and recovery services for all of QBE’s property and auto claims. QBE, Cozen O’Connor and NSS have created a comprehensive, integrated system that reports all property and auto claims daily, enabling QBE’s commercial and personal lines insureds to receive an immediate investigation by Cozen O’Connor and NSS into the circumstances of each loss. QBE will be able to quickly identify all subrogation and recovery opportunities and maximize returns from responsible third parties for loss payments made by QBE to its insureds. At the same time, QBE insureds will be able to recoup their deductibles and any other uninsured losses.
