The New Year is upon us — welcome, 2012! As resolutions flourish and flounder with the passage of time, few are as prevalent as those to quit smoking. In fact, a recent Marist Poll revealed that nearly one in five Americans who made a New Year’s resolution for 2011 resolved to quit smoking — with widely varying results!
For that reason, it should come as no surprise that smoking has risen to the top of the “to do” list for many human resource departments in the New Year.
