Overview
Established in 1994, the firm’s Atlanta office is located in the SunTrust Plaza, an award-winning office tower that soars 60 stories above Peachtree Street in the heart of downtown Atlanta.
With the support of the firm’s additional offices, our Atlanta office can fully serve the firm’s business, insurance and private clients with the vast array of legal services that are needed for our clients to succeed in their business and personal affairs.
Our Atlanta-based trial attorneys maintain an active trial calendar, handling jury trials, non-jury trials, arbitrations and mediations in state and federal courts throughout the southeastern part of the country. We represent clients in all aspects of litigation disputes, including subrogation and recovery, product liability, commercial litigation, contracts, torts, professional liability and environmental matters.
Our attorneys are also dedicated to providing pro bono legal services to the Atlanta community and have received public service awards for successfully representing indigent clients in disputes involving domestic, landlord-tenant, social security and guardianship matters.
