Cozen O'Connor's West Conshohocken office was opened in 1998 and is located in Montgomery County, Pa., in the Four Falls Corporate Center, adjacent to the Schuylkill Expressway.
The office enables the firm to bring its business, real estate, domestic relations, commercial and insurance litigation and trusts and estates practices directly to the its clients and potential clients in the western suburbs of Philadelphia and in central and northeastern Pennsylvania.
On the business side of the practice, our attorneys specialize in representing entrepreneurs and family-owned and middle market companies as well as venture capital funds and other equity and debt investors in all areas of emerging business and venture capital and general corporate and business law, including corporate planning, mergers and acquisitions, licensing and strategic alliances.
