Cozen O'Connor opened its Wilmington office in the summer of 1999. Our offices are located in the landmark Chase Manhattan Centre building, located in the heart of Wilmington.
Our attorneys in the Wilmington office provide general corporate, bankruptcy and commercial litigation services, having represented a broad array of clients in both transactions and litigation throughout Delaware for more than 25 years.
