Diana Lin joined Cozen O’Connor as an associate in the fall of 2011. Diana is resident in the Philadelphia office where she practices with the Commercial Litigation Group.
Diana has experience representing the interests of a broad range of clients, from individuals and small businesses to large corporations. She has experience with different types of cases, including aviation, construction, personal injury, real estate, and defamation suits.
Diana earned her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in East Asian studies from Yale University and received a master’s degree in international education policy from Harvard University. She earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she was a Beasley Scholar. She received the Nancy J. Knauer and Eleanor W. Myers Integrated Transaction Award. During law school, Diana was a staff editor for the Temple Journal of Science, Technology & Environmental Law. She also served as a teaching assistant for the Integrated Transaction Program, as an Academic Core Excellence counselor, and as vice-president of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
