Nicholas J. Neidzwski joined Cozen O'Connor in 2010 as an associate in the Litigation Department. Nick focuses his practice in maritime and aviation cases, and handles a variety of coverage and bad faith matters in both the first-party and third-party contexts. Nick has also litigated a wide range of subrogation cases involving product liability claims, structural and mechanical failures, construction defects, public utility liability, and food contamination matters.
Nick's pro bono practice includes immigration law, representing individuals facing wrongful deportation proceedings.
Nick graduated from Washington and Lee University School of Law where he was the executive editor of the Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice. Nick graduated, cum laude, from New York University with a Bachelor of Music in music business, and was previously a trumpet performance major at Manhattan School of Music. Nick still enjoys performing music and is currently a trumpet player with the Bainbridge Island Symphony Orchestra.
Nick is admitted to practice in Washington, California, and Arizona.
