Director of Operations

As director of operations for Cozen O’Connor Public Strategies, Alex works directly with the CEO, Chairman, and other stakeholders in managing and implementing the firm’s strategic, financial, and operational goals and priorities.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the group, Alex provides support to facilitate the team’s success and growth, driving key initiatives as they relate to personnel, client service, compliance, professional development, employee engagement, and resource allocation.

As a strategic partner, Alex provides insight and support to help develop and improve forward-focused systems and processes aimed at maximizing operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Before joining Cozen O’Connor Public Strategies, Alex served as Cozen O’Connor’s director of professional development, responsible for managing firm wide attorney training and professional development initiatives. Prior to that, she spent seven years as the associate director of career and professional development at Drexel University School of Law. 

Alex earned her undergraduate degree in history and political science from McGill University. She earned her law degree, cum laude, from Catholic University’s Columbus School of Law where she was the managing editor of the Journal of Contemporary Health Law and Policy. After graduation, Alex served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Heidi Willis Currier of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
