Charles H. Wilson is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Group in the firm's Houston office. He joined Cozen O’Connor in 2011.
Charles, who is board certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, represents employers in complex litigation and trials arising from claims of wage and hour violations, employee raiding, race discrimination, racial profiling, retaliation (including whistle blowing), harassment, and disability discrimination.
Charles has represented employers in hundreds of administrative actions before the EEOC and state agencies. And, as a former in-house lawyer for a large hospitality company, Charles is very effective in providing day-to-day employment law guidance to employers regarding reductions-in-force, harassment investigations, terminations and discipline, promotions, separation of high level employees, FMLA and ADA compliance, and traditional labor matters.
Charles earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut in 1993 and his law degree from Texas Southern University-Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 1996.
