The firm’s health regulatory and litigation practice is national in scope. In addition, familiarity with federal and state regulatory agencies and their legal counsel often enables the firm to explore issues with agency staff and legal counsel in an informal and non-adversarial manner and to quickly and efficiently inform clients of current administrative agency positions.
GOING BEYOND HEALTHCARE
Because Cozen O’Connor is a full-service law firm, our health law attorneys have the ability to call upon other lawyers in the firm, particularly our business law, business litigation, and labor and employment attorneys, for consultation and advice in other critical areas, including securities, litigation, and tax matters. The use of interdisciplinary teams enables us to provide our healthcare clients with comprehensive services when the need arises.
