Cozen O’Connor’s international markets practice is dedicated to the provision of comprehensive insurance defense, coverage dispute and monitoring counsel services to a broad array of leading London and international insurers. Cozen O’Connor’s London and Canadian subrogation and recovery practices are comprised of English solicitors and registered foreign lawyers and Canadian lawyers. Our London lawyers exclusively handle subrogation and recovery claims for U.K., U.S. and international insurance and commercial clients. Whilst many of the London-generated claims are governed by English or Welsh law and jurisdictional principles, we also pursue and prosecute subrogation claims in many European and other international venues through a well established network of correspondent lawyers. Our Canadian lawyers are dedicated to handling subrogation and recovery claims for Canadian, U.S. and international insurance and commercial clients. From our base of operations in Toronto, and our integrated network of corresponding counsel locations throughout Canada, we pursue and prosecute subrogation claims throughout Canada involving property, casualty, marine, cargo, motor carrier and other first-party losses.
