Our leasing practice includes representation of both landlords and tenants in the leasing of a range of property types such as office, retail, and warehouse/industrial properties.

Our attorneys have experience preparing and negotiating ground leases and space leases, together with related guarantees, estoppel certificates, subordination and non-disturbance agreements, subleases, lease assignments and assumptions, and property management agreements.
