The firm is committed to ensuring not only that diverse candidates are given opportunities for hire, but that all of our attorneys and staff are provided with real opportunities for success. The committee has a variety of inclusion efforts that focus on supporting the development and achievements of our attorneys and staff and throughout their careers. As part of this effort, Cozen O’Connor hosts a biennial Diversity Retreat, where diverse attorneys from each of the firm’s 26 offices are invited to join firm management and clients in seminars and activities that are focused on the firm’s diversity inclusion and development efforts. Additionally, the firm provides many opportunities throughout the year for attorneys to seek professional development opportunities, to attend diversity-oriented conferences, and to highlight their successes and achievements. The committee has also devised a mentoring program where diverse associates and members may be paired with members of the Diversity Committee or others who are committed to their success.
