The American Association of Port Authorities' (AAPA) 2013 Port Administration and Legal Issues Seminar will cover a host of oftentimes delicate subjects for seaport managers, ranging from property development and operating agreements, to intellectual property and natural catastrophe issues, to employee background checks and loss mitigation strategies. The April 9-11 program in Boston will attract port administrators, finance officers, real estate managers, attorneys, and risk managers from throughout the hemisphere who are typically the first ones to deal with these and other issues associated with running a successful seaport.
