Thomas Wilkinson, of the Litigation Department, will be a course planner at a Pennsylvania Bar Association sponsored CLE titled, "Controlling Speech in 2013: Money, Politics and Power." The program will feature four sessions titled, "The Impact of Citizens United on Elections," "Speech in Non-Presidential Elections," "Social Media and the First Amendment," and "Other Issues in First Amendment Jurisprudence."
