Practical Evidence for the Courtroom

Hayes Hunt, a member of Cozen O’Connor’s Commercial Litigation Department, and Christopher Fallon, chair of Cozen O'Connor's Personal Injury Group, will be presenting at a Pennsylvania Bar Institute program titled “Practical Evidence for the Courtroom.” This interactive program will allow guests to review the Pennsylvania Rules of Evidence with experienced litigators, will teach guests to effectively raise and argue objections under the Pennsylvania Rules of Evidence, and will challenge evidence knowledge and skills in a game of “What is… Evidence?”

Hayes is also the course planner for this program, which will be offered in Philadelphia, Mechanicsburg and Pittsburgh, PA.
