On September 10, 2014, Susan G. Komen Philadelphia will be holding the Young Survivors Living Confident Event at the Four Seasons Philadelphia Hotel. This event is open to all young breast cancer survivors for an evening of peer interaction, support and educational empowerment. Sarah Kelly, of the Labor & Employment Group, will be presenting on employers' legal obligations to support a breast cancer survivor from diagnosis through her life as a survivor. Additional topics include: Understanding Treatments & Managing Side Effects Healthcare Insurance - Simplifying the Complexity & Maximizing the Benefits and a Q&A.
