DRI’s Insurance Bad Faith and Extra-Contractual Liability Seminar is a program for insurance executives, claims professionals, and outside counsel who specialize in bad faith insurance litigation. Statutory settlement and judgment offers will be explored as a potential fee-shifting strategy, as well as a detailed discussion of other pretrial strategies that have proven successful in winning cases across the country.
