Suzanne Mayes, chair of Cozen O'Connor's Public & Project Finance Practice Group, will participate on a panel titled "Continuing Disclosure After MCDC - What Do Issuers Need To Do Now?" The panel will discuss the self-reporting initiative regarding continuing disclosure on municipal bond issues, the Municipalities Continuing Disclosure Cooperation Initiative (MCDC), that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced over a year ago. The panel will further discuss the aspects of MCDC that apply to the issuer, corrections to EMMA, beefing up existing statements in compliance with Rule 15c2-12 and more.
