Cheryl Upham, a member of Cozen O’Connor’s Tax practice group, will discuss recent developments in tax law at the Philadelphia Bar Association’s program titled, “2016 Hot Topics in Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Taxes.” Cheryl and her co-presenters will discuss recent legislative and administrative developments and case law. In particular, the program will examine new guidance from the Department of Revenue regarding its implementation of marketing-sourcing and add-back rules.
