Paul Dowsey and Andrew Tobin of the Global Insurance Department will be presenting at the second Lloyd's Market Association Latin American Series masterclasses. This session will explore the handling of reinsurance claims in Latin America. Paul and Andrew are experienced in (re)insurance law with considerable experience in handling matters in South and Central America with specific experience in the adjustment of claims in Peru and in litigating disputes to the Supreme Court in Peru.
The masterclass is focused for claims, underwriting and wordings practitioners with an interest in Latin American business. It will provide an overview of the adjustment of claims and the legal landscape in Peru.
