Description

John Ho, a member of Cozen O'Connor's Labor & Employment department, will be speaking at this conference in New York. He will be presenting on a panel called "Overtime Compensation and Pay Equity in Higher Education." This panel will include presentations concerning the Fair Labor Standards Act’s application to non-teaching professionals and staff on campus, the status of the Department of Labor’s modified overtime compensation standards, and pay equity issues in higher education.
