Dan A. Schulder, a member of Cozen O’Connor’s Tax practice group, will be a panelist at an upcoming Pennsylvania Bar Institute seminar titled, “PA Tax Update.” Dan will be discussing corporate tax developments including net income tax addback provisions and recent court decisions.
