Tom Wilkinson, a member of Cozen O'Connor's Commercial Litigation department, will be moderating this CLE in Paoli, PA. This special ethics CLE hour focuses on applying valuable ethical lessons from golf and tennis to the practice of law (and vice versa).

- Following the accepted rules, including asking for situational relief from standard procedures
- Appropriately seeking to improve the rules and strengthen the profession or sport
- The role of zealous advocacy and competition, candor and truthfulness, fairness to opposing parties, and maintaining the integrity of the profession or sport
- Handling conflicts of interest
- Circumstances involving misconduct and disciplinary action
