Jonathan Hoffman, a member of the firm's Family Law Practice Group presented at the 10th Annual Toby L. Dickman Seminar 2017: The Intersection Between Mental Health and Family Law on December 8. The seminar covered a thorough overview of the mental health issues affecting the practice of family law with in depth discussions regarding mental health issues in custody matters, support matters, equitable distribution matters and protection from abuse matters. The perspectives of judges, masters, mental health and education professionals and experienced family law practitioners were represented. The event was sponsored by The Montgomery Bar Association.
