David Reichenberg, a member of the firm's Antitrust Practice, will moderate "Mock Daubert Hearing of Plaintiff's Economist" at the American Bar Association's 66th Antitrust Law Spring Meeting. The 66th Antitrust Law meeting is the largest competition and consumer protection law conference in the world.  The Spring Meeting brings together more than 3,000 practitioners from 60 countries to learn from an esteemed group of government enforcers, private practitioners, in-house counsel, and academics.  It has become standard procedure to file a Daubert motion against the plaintiff’s economist in an antitrust litigation. Even if partially successful, it can be devastating to the plaintiff’s case. David will moderate an exciting mock Daubert hearing before a Federal Judge, in which a plaintiff’s economist will be questioned on direct and cross-examination based on a created fact pattern.
