Fred and Robert's seminar is titled, "Dual Perspectives on PA Mechanics' Lien Law in a Post-Directory World," and is designed to teach about the practical applications of the lien law using the example of a typical unpaid subcontractor who contacts counsel regarding filing a lien claim to recover payment due him for his work.
