Mark Jacobson will be presenting to the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Twin Cities Chapter on antitrust violations.

Antitrust violations can give rise to massive investigation and litigation costs, substantial fines, criminal penalties including imprisonment, and class action lawsuits seeking treble damages.  Those violations sometimes go hand in hand with other illegal business activity.  Enforcers in the U.S. and elsewhere have leniency programs that offer substantial benefits to companies that self-report violations, but generally only to the first company to self-report.  In this program Mark, will use real-world examples to discuss the most common antitrust violation
